Incorrect item received & poor customer service

"Ordered this item on the 14th of July. Received the wrong item. Phone customer service and they sent a replacement, the replacement was the exact same shirt I received initially. So I email the customer service rep I was speaking to who advised me to wait for the warehouse to do an internal check. To which they say they have no idea what’s happening and think they no longer sell the product and it would be removed swiftly. I didn’t ask for a refund but they sent it after asking multiple times which i refused as I wanted the shirt. I asked to raise a formal complaint to which the representative stopped responding to me (classy). This was the 31st of July. Fast forward to today and I find the product is still here. Dont bother ordering you won’t get what you want. False advertisement and poor customer service."

"Always loved Animal clothing over the years. Not cheap but you’re paying for good quality that’s designed to last. Constantly coming out with new designs as well as retaining your favourites it’s now easier than ever to order on line at your leisure and wait for it to turn up on your doorstep - what’s not to like ?"

Not what I ordered

"Completely feel let down from a company I use to love. I ordered 2 t shirt online for my holiday so obviously bought by sight alone, I liked design so I purchased the t-shirts and recieved completely different design, description is correct but picture to the description is completely wrong, this happened Not once but twice. Both items completely different to what was advertised isn't this classed as false advertisement?? Am I wrong in presuming that purchases on line are mainly visual? I could understand a size being wrong ect, Even on the returns form there a tick box for order received not as advertised?? Seriously?? I Won't be buying online ever again as I don't know what i'l be receiving. items returned for full refund."
