"I have ordered this coat twice and have needed to return both times due to the zip being faulty. I tried a different style where the zip was ok but the sizing on that coat was way out."

- • Bust/Chest - Measure across the fullest part of the chest under the arms and straight across back.
- • Waist - Measure around the natural waistline - with the tape snug but not tight.
- • Hips - Measure the fullest part of the body, generally 20cm below the waist.
- • Inside Leg - Measure from the top of inside leg at crotch to ankle bone.
- • Gloves - Measure flat across your hand from the crook of your thumb to the outer edge of your palm.

Lovely jacket but dodgy zip
"I really liked this jacket, the colour/length/size was perfect and it was lovely and warm without being too bulky! But unfortunately the zip was really difficult to do up quickly and it just got worse unfortunately so I had to return it. Hopefully they fix the zip issue soon as it's a lovely jacket!"

"This coat is super warm and super comfy. Adequate space when it’s done up. Sleeves feel a little short at the wrist but I prefer slightly longer ones than this offers. It’s surprisingly really lightweight for a coat this big and warm. The zip can be a little tricky if the coat isn’t flat/straight, but there’s a knack to getting it right eventually. Overall I’d thoroughly recommend this coat if you’re looking for a snug, warm and longer length coat that isn’t too formal but still looks smart and tidy."
Perfect coat except the zip doesn’t work
"Noticed some other reviews mentioning the zip, didn’t think anything of it. Thought ‘I’m sure it will be fine’. It’s not! It’s really annoying as I’ve been hunting for such a coat and this one ticked all the boxes. Nice colour, lovely fit, right weight, good hood, good pockets…. but the zip just does not do up. It’s clearly a terrible zip design fault. No matter what I tried I could not get the zip to pull up and I didn’t want to risk breaking it so had to send it back. Such a shame."
