  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway is Animal whose registered address is The Mall, Cribbs Causeway Regional Shopping Centre.
  2. Promotion Period
    This offer is valid only on 21/11/2025 from store opening time to closing time, or until allocation limit is reached (whichever comes first).
  3. Eligibility
    • The offer is open to customers aged 18 or over.
    • Only in-store purchases at our new Cribbs Causeway store qualify.
    • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.
  4. How to Claim
    • To claim the free bottle, you must be one of the first 20 customers to make a qualifying purchase.
    • A qualifying purchase means any transaction
    • At the time of purchase, you will be given (or asked to collect) your Rubber Water Bottle with Karabiner – 480 ml, subject to availability.
  5. Stock & Availability
    • Only 1 bottle per customer.
    • Only 20 bottles are available for this promotion.
    • Bottles are given on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
    • No cash alternative, exchange, or substitution will be offered unless the Promoter reasonably deems it necessary, in which case the Promoter may substitute a gift of equivalent value.
  6. Redemption & Use
    • The free water bottle is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not for resale.
    • If you return the items you purchased, the Promoter reserves the right to require you to also return the free bottle, or to deduct its retail value from any refund.
  7. Liability
    • The free gift is provided “as is,” and the Promoter makes no warranties of any kind in relation to it.
    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of the bottle, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion early without prior notice, if for any reason the promotion cannot run as planned.
    • In the event of any dispute regarding these T&Cs or the promotion, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

    • These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
    • Any disputes arising in relation to these T&Cs or the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
