At what stage is payment taken from my card?
Your payment is processed as your order is placed. If any items are found not to be available, this will be refunded back to your account.
What type of payments do you take?
We have a variety of payment methods to suit your needs:

Can I use a Gift Card online?
We are no longer able to accept Gift Cards onto our site. However, our friends over at Mountain Warehouse are more than happy to accept Animal Gift Cards; this can be redeemed across their full range of items including a large collection of Animal branded products.
I have been charged but haven’t got my order number
You will automatically be sent an email order confirmation when your order has been placed. If you are having trouble finding this in your Inbox, firstly check your spam or junk folders as it may have been mistakenly redirected there. If is not there can you also check that your email address was entered correctly. If you still haven't received your order confirmation, then simply contact us.
Can I use more than one promotion code at once?
No, you are not able to use more than one promotion code on an order. We will apply the last valid promotion code entered.
I have been unable to apply my promo code to my order
If you have a valid promo code, make sure you apply this where prompted in the online checkout If you forget to do this or struggle to do this, simply contact us here quoting your order number and the promo code you'd like to use and well apply this for you.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we will consider discounts on bulk purchases on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us outlining your proposed order and we’ll get back to you. Please note that, due to their potential size, bulk orders may be subject to additional delivery charges.
I found an item cheaper elsewhere, will you price match?
If you find yourself in a rather unique situation of having found an item elsewhere for a cheaper price, then we will be more than happy to help you. If a product is the same colour, season, size, new, in stock and publicly advertised online, we will match this price and add an additional 10% discount.
A competitor price is matched even if it is lower after delivery costs to United Kingdom are added! The price must be live and publicly advertised online at time of matching. To request the price match, you can contact us here ensuring you title the e-mail “Price Match” in the subject line. Within the main body of the message please include your name, address, telephone number, list the product and competitor price you want matched, provide a screenshot which outlines the lower priced product and competitor details, send your e-mail and then let us do the rest.
If a product is not identical, second hand, out-of-stock, available only to private members, and sold together with a personal, volume or a voucher-type discount e.g., loyalty card discount or buy-one get one-free promo. This Price Promise applies only to Animal products and does not include other brands available on the Website.
Animal reserves the right to withdraw the Price Promise at any time.
Will Animal sponsor me in my charity event?
While we don’t typically sponsor individual charity teams, if you're involved in a recognised charity/ charity event Animal can offer you an online discount code. To get yours please contact us outlining the details of your event and the charity you are representing.
I have Gift Card; how can I use it?
Since our relaunch, we are no longer able to accept payment by Gift Card. Not to worry though, our friends over at Mountain Warehouse have a great range of our products and you're more than welcome to use your previous Animal gift card over on their site. Click here to head there now!
