Can I change an item in my order?
No, once your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to it. You will need to return any items and place a new order for those required. We offer free returns to our warehouse, or you can visit one of our stores.
What’s my order number?
Your order number begins with the letters ANL and can be found in your account, your order confirmation email, and even on the dispatch note inside of your order. If you're still unable to locate this, simply contact us here and a member of our team will be more than happy to help.
An item was missing from my delivery
In the unlikely event that any items are missing from your order upon delivery simply contact us. We’ll confirm any missing items and resend free of charge and as quickly as possible.
Can I change my delivery address once I've placed my order?
Once your order has been placed you cannot amend your delivery details. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to amend before your order is despatched from the warehouse.
I haven't received my order confirmation email?
Sometimes our order confirmation email may have fallen into your junk/spam folder, other times your email service provider may have bounced this back to us. To receive your order confirmation email again, simply contact us here and a member of our Customer Service team will be more than happy to resend this out to you.
