City to Country Retreat LTD and Boutique Luxury Retreats Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.

2. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 21 or over. Guests must be aged 21 or over.

3. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoters by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

4. Employees of City to Country Retreat LTD and Boutique Luxury Retreats, and any immediate family members or co-habitants of such employees, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

5. The Prize – A 2-night midweek stay between 7th April and the 30th of July 2026 for a maximum of 2 adults, subject to availability and excluding school holidays, weekends and Bank Holidays. A maximum of 2 dogs (see point 21).

6. Travel costs are not included.

7. Prize must be booked before the end of May 2026.

8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

9. To enter on socials, entrants must follow the Instagram accounts of Animal UK, City to Country Retreat LTD and Boutique Luxury Retreats.

10. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Animal UK from all valid entries received by the closing date of midnight on 6th of April 2026.

11. The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram or email from Animal UK, on the 7th of April. In the event that the winner has not responded within 7 days then the promoter will reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.

12. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

13. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize.

14. By entering, winners agree that if they win, they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoters or their agencies.

15. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoters, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Promoters or their agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoters or their agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

17. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoters will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from acceptance of the prize or participating in this promotion beyond its reasonable control.

18. The Promoters are City to Country Retreat LTD and Boutique Luxury Retreats (Hooleytime Ltd).

19. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

21. Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted as part of the stay. An additional fee will apply per dog, payable directly in accordance with the property’s standard terms. All dogs must be declared at the time of booking and are subject to the retreat’s individual house rules.

Animal Competition Terms & Conditions

We are offering one lucky winner the chance to win £500 worth of Animal products. In addition, two runners-up will each receive £250 worth of Animal products.

ENTRY

• Entry is made by tagging a friend on the official Instagram competition post (posted on Friday 27th March). No purchase is necessary.

• To enter, entrants must be following @animaluk, @boutiqueluxuryretreats, and @citytocountryretreat at the time of entry and winner selection.

• Entries open on Friday 27th March and close at 11:59pm on Monday 6th April.

• All entries must be submitted in the entrant’s own name using an Instagram account registered to that individual. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, or non-received entries due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control.

ELIGIBILITY

• Entrants must be aged 21 or over and be residents of the United Kingdom.

• Entrants must have internet access and a valid Instagram account. Entries via post or email will not be accepted.

• Entry is limited to one per person. Bulk, automated, third-party, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

• The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Animal, or their immediate families.

THE WINNER

• One winner and two runners-up will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 48 hours of the closing date.

• Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond using the same account within 72 hours to confirm acceptance.

• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

THE PRIZE

• One winner will receive £500 worth of Animal products. Two runners-up will each receive £250 worth of Animal products.

• Prizes will be sent to the winners by post.

• The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

GENERAL

• By participating, entrants agree to release the Promoter and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize.
