- • Bust/Chest - Measure across the fullest part of the chest under the arms and straight across back.
- • Waist - Measure around the natural waistline - with the tape snug but not tight.
- • Hips - Measure the fullest part of the body, generally 20cm below the waist.
- • Inside Leg - Measure from the top of inside leg at crotch to ankle bone.
- • Gloves - Measure flat across your hand from the crook of your thumb to the outer edge of your palm.

Not what I ordered
"Completely feel let down from a company I use to love. I ordered 2 t shirt online for my holiday so obviously bought by sight alone, I liked design so I purchased the t-shirts and recieved completely different design, description is correct but picture to the description is completely wrong, this happened Not once but twice. Both items completely different to what was advertised isn't this classed as false advertisement?? Am I wrong in presuming that purchases on line are mainly visual? I could understand a size being wrong ect, Even on the returns form there a tick box for order received not as advertised?? Seriously?? I Won't be buying online ever again as I don't know what i'l be receiving. items returned for full refund."

"This t shirt is described as dark burgundy, although it’s clearly pinkish, so I went with the purchase anyway hoping it would be pinkish, like the picture. However, I was sent a dark burgundy t shirt, nothing like the pinkish t shirt in the picture. This same order I received another completely different t shirt to the one I ordered, but I’ll keep it cos luckily I like it. This isn’t the first time I’ve been sent wrong items, of different colours. Animal have been my go to brand for well over a decade now, and I’ve enjoyed many items in that time, but the past 2 or 3 years I feel it's sadly gone downhill. The sizes I’m being sent have no consistency anymore, some XXL sizes are enormous nowadays, and others are much smaller, and more often than not I’m returning items back to the shop. Yet I still come back and shop online later down the line hoping for similar items that I used to love back in the day, only to be disappointed yet again. Animal really is hit and miss nowadays, and I never know what I’m going to receive."
