Huge drop in quality in the last 18 months

"I have to say I’m VERY disappointed in the quality of this hoodie. I bought exactly the same item (at least as far as the name on the website suggests) in March 2025 and the difference is huge. The original one I bought was made from nice soft high quality heavier cotton and this one is thin, saggy, shapeless and feels of much lower quality. Yes the recent purchase was a few pounds cheaper but I would rather have paid a bit more for a hoodie that was like the one I originally purchased. I actually think if you are going to reduce the quality of a product significantly, it's unethical and misleading to name it the same. Clearly the only thing left of Animal is the name, so I will be looking for a different brand to buy in future."

I have been buying this

"I have been buying this same hoodie for many years because I love the style and comfort of it. Sadly, the quality of the material used has been deteriorating over the years, but the cost has not. If I had not been such a local customer with this product I would not have known. This type of material will pill, It feels much thinner in quality too, no longer a heavy duty sweatshirt for cold days outdoors, now more a fashion item"
