- • Bust/Chest - Measure across the fullest part of the chest under the arms and straight across back.
- • Waist - Measure around the natural waistline - with the tape snug but not tight.
- • Hips - Measure the fullest part of the body, generally 20cm below the waist.
- • Inside Leg - Measure from the top of inside leg at crotch to ankle bone.
- • Gloves - Measure flat across your hand from the crook of your thumb to the outer edge of your palm.

We do this by carefully designing our own brand products and then having them manufactured to our exacting standards, often in the same factories as other more expensive brands. "Online purchase. Bought this jacket for my son for Christmas ‘24. It obviously hadn’t been checked and passed as it had massive holes in the seams running from the arm to the jacket hem. I bought another at the same price point- originally £119 down to £64. 99 this was too big -my fault! Returned the jacket via the paperwork provided and ticked the option to exchange for a smaller size. Didn’t hear anything for weeks and eventually found out NO exchanges via on line purchase!! I was refunded promptly afterwards, but by which time the jacket has gone up to £119 down from £199?!!!!!! Original price was quoted as £119?!!!! Not a happy customer would not recommend or shop again!!!"

"Looked good quality but stitching issue on cuff meant it had to be returned so was a waste, ended up getting a different coat. Shame as generally always very happy."
