Giveaway Terms and Conditions
ENTRY
Entry is made by signing up to the Animal database via email on the Boardmasters Giveaway page. No purchase is necessary.
Entries are open between Tuesday 6th July 2021 and close at midnight on Sunday 18th July 2021.
Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name using a valid email address registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
Animal does not accept any responsibility for late, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident of the United Kingdom.
Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid email account to enter. No postal or email entries (outside of the website submission form) will be accepted.
Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.
The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Animal or Mountain Warehouse or their immediate families
THE WINNER
A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 24 hours of the closing date.
The Prize Winner will be notified initially via email and will be required to email the Animal team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.
If Animal receives no response from the winner within 48 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE
There will be one prize winner, who receive two VIP Weekend Camping Tickets (details below) and up to £250 worth of Animal products from the website (animal.co.uk).
VIP Weekend Camping Tickets information:
Dates: Wednesday 11 August - Monday 16 August 2021
Includes: Wednesday to Monday festival entry, Car Parking* (1 x per transaction), fast track access to VIP Camping (with posh toilets and free showers), fast track access into the main arena, access to the main arena VIP bar (with posh toilets) and access to Fistral Beach for all Surfing competitions. Age Restrictions: Age restrictions apply
Winners can pick the Animal products they would like, colours and sizes. Subject to availability. If any of the products are out of stock, an alternative prize will be sent to the winner. The Animal products will be posted to the winner from the Animal warehouse. The Boardmasters VIP Camping Tickets will be fulfilled via the partner guestlist in line with other ticket allocations.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
OTHER
By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize.
Winners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize, and all entrants email address will be added to the Animal marketing database which they opted into on entering.
The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
If the Boardmasters Festival event is cancelled due to changing government guidelines in relation to Covid-19 and a winner has been selected, the prize will be rolled on to the next Boardmasters Festival (2022). Entry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
