Bag Warranty
Animal bags combine forward-thinking design, beautiful construction and refined fabrication. From adventure-ready backpacks, to on trend bags and well-travelled luggage, we’re proud of our reputation for producing high-quality, durable and dependable companions for every adventure and expedition.
But we also know that – on very rare occasions – things can go wrong.
That’s why all Animal bags and luggage come with a warranty that ensures you get a replacement (or a refund) if the bag develops a manufacturing fault or defect during the warranty period.
These warranty periods vary depending on usage.
Bags and backpacks and travel luggage
All Animal bags and backpacks come with a warranty period of two years. If anything goes wrong with them during that time, we’ll provide you with a like-for-like replacement (or, if this isn’t possible, an upgrade or refund).
When it comes to travel luggage and selected backpacks, we think it’s only fair to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty*. That’s why our warranty covers all travel luggage and selected backpacks against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for the expected lifetime of the product.
*How long is a lifetime? Sadly, we’re not always able to make products that last forever. Lifetime means the expected life of a product, which can vary depending on usage.
How to make a claim?
In the unlikely event that your Animal bag develops a manufacturing fault or defect within the warranty period we will be happy to offer a replacement. We will do our utmost to give a like-for-like replacement, however, if this is not possible we will offer you the nearest match in style and value, or a full refund if preferred.
Don’t forget to include proof of purchase with your return; otherwise the warranty will be invalid.
Please fill out form below. Form best viewed on a Desktop PC, Mac or tablet.
