Online Shop Enquires - To speak directly to a member of the team between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday, call on 08450 722 522. Outside of these hours you can leave a message with your telephone number on our voice mail and we will try to get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note: We cannot take payment over the phone, please place your order online via our secure website.

Store or Trade Enquiries - Please e-mail any questions you may have to customer.service@animal.co.uk and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.  If you prefer to telephone, you can call 08450 267267.

Watch Enquiries - For any watch enquiries please contact the watch department on 01202 440 118.

Please be aware we do not operate on Bank holidays. We will endeavour to answer any calls or emails as soon as possible outside of these bank holidays.
