From adventure-ready backpacks, to on trend bags and well travelled luggage, we pride ourselves on our reputation for creating quality and durable products. This means each of our bags come with a two-year guarantee against manufacturing faults or defects.

Please note; Ogio and Thule bags are not included in the two-year guarantee. Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.

How to make a claim?

In the unlikely event that your Animal bag develops a manufacturing fault or defect within two years of purchase we are very happy to offer a replacement. We will do our utmost to give a like-for-like replacement, however, if this is not possible we will offer you the nearest match in style and value, or a full refund if preferred.

Don’t forget to include proof of purchase with your return; otherwise the guarantee will be invalid.

Print off the label, place the faulty item in a mailing bag and take to your local Post Office to send.
